Terms of service
Last updated: 15 August 2026
Acceptance and scope
These terms apply when you use this website or purchase career-guidance services from Module Forgehub. A specific engagement begins only when we both accept a written scope, dates, and fee. If that written agreement conflicts with these general terms, the specific agreement controls.
Our work is career guidance and document feedback. We do not act as an employer, recruiter, immigration adviser, lawyer, tax adviser, or regulated recognition authority. No job offer, interview, visa, salary, or relocation outcome is guaranteed.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, attend agreed sessions, review advice critically, and make your own applications and decisions. You must not share confidential employer material or unnecessary sensitive personal data. You are responsible for confirming immigration, tax, qualification-recognition, insurance, and employment-law matters with appropriate official or professional sources.
Fees and scheduling
Fees and payment dates appear in the written booking. Missed sessions and changes are handled under our refund and cancellation policy. We may pause work when an invoice is overdue. There is no online checkout on this website.
Intellectual property
The website text, visual identity, worksheets, and original guidance materials belong to Module Forgehub or its licensors. After full payment, you may use completed notes and templates for your personal job search. You may not resell, publish, train a commercial system on, or distribute those materials without written permission. Your pre-existing CV and personal content remain yours.
Appropriate use
Do not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use our guidance to misrepresent qualifications or employment history. We may end an engagement for abusive conduct, fraud, or a serious conflict of interest, subject to a fair accounting for unfinished work.
Liability
We provide services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by German law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunities, employer decisions, changes in vacancies, relocation costs, or reliance on third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights.
Third-party links and availability
Links to official bodies, employers, or other websites are provided for context. Their content and availability are outside our control. We may update or temporarily suspend this website without guaranteeing uninterrupted access.
Governing law and disputes
German law governs these terms, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in your habitual country of residence. Where legally permitted, courts in Berlin have jurisdiction. Please first contact info@module-forgehub.digital so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms for future use; the version accepted with an existing booking continues to govern that booking unless a legal change requires otherwise. Questions may be sent to info@module-forgehub.digital.
