Controller
Module Forgehub, Level 12, 54 Köpenicker Straße, Berlin 10179, Germany, is the controller for personal data described here. Contact: info@module-forgehub.digital or +49 30 5551 7630.
Data we receive
We receive contact details and inquiry text you submit, booking and invoice records, correspondence, session notes, and career documents you choose to provide. Basic server logs may record IP address, browser, requested page, timestamp, and security events. Please remove government identifiers, medical information, and unrelated confidential data from career documents.
Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiries to take steps requested before a contract; booked services and billing to perform a contract and meet legal obligations; security logs and limited business correspondence for legitimate interests in safe operation and service administration; and optional analytics only with consent. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing.
The demonstration contact form posts to a static local endpoint and does not by itself deliver a real inquiry. To contact us reliably, use the stated email address.
Recipients and international transfers
Necessary data may be handled by hosting, email, video-call, bookkeeping, and professional advisory providers under suitable agreements. We do not sell personal data. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as European Commission standard contractual clauses and assess supplementary measures where required.
Retention
Unconverted inquiries are normally deleted within six months. Client working files and session notes are generally removed within twelve months after the engagement unless you request earlier deletion and no legal reason requires retention. Invoices and tax records are retained for statutory German periods. Security logs are normally kept for no more than 30 days unless needed to investigate an incident.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time. We may need to verify identity before acting. You may also complain to the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or another competent supervisory authority.
Automated decisions, children, and security
We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Our services are intended for adults. We use access controls, limited retention, and appropriate service providers, but no internet transmission can be promised absolute security.
Updates
We will revise this notice when our processing materially changes and update the date above. Cookie-specific details appear in our cookie notice.
